Former Trump advisor Anthony Scaramucci's SkyBridge Capital is privately offering investors stake in U.S. cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, CoinDesk reports. SkyBridge Capital is buying preferred shares from an early investor on behalf of its funds and clients "in one of our largest private market investments to date," citing an email to investors. The terms of the transaction include buyers having a minimum investment of $250K, a 4% upfront purchase fee, 20% incentive fee and 8% hurdle upon exit. CoinDesk notes the move follows Kraken, which has 9M customers worldwide, previously signaled it's going to trade publicly in 2022. In June, Kraken launched its crypto exchange app to the U.S.
